  • you forgot the cucumber. the bulger is supposed to soak up the juices lemon, tomato and cucumber, no cooking needed. I love your vids!

  • @Tashakcooks hmmmm.... the mint is SO good in this recipe but if you really don't like it you could simply omit it and add more parsley OR sub in some oregano or even cilantro! The possibilities are endless:).

  • Tabouli is made with fine bulgar that is soaked in cold water; not cooked. Even if you want to make a salad with couscous, it is enough to soak it in cold water
