@Queenfanno Ah, no wonder you didn't get an answer to that, he's known as Flintheart Glomgold here, Mac Moneysac is just his german name. The answer is simple, he sent in a robotic clone to retrieve the treasure from Scrooge (Dagobert) and then sink the ship with him on it. The shapeshifting robot is known as the D-1000, which is a pun on the T-1000, the shapeshifting killer machine from Terminator 2: Judgment Day.

I'm hoping for a third version...

One of the best Nes games I've played as a child. Remember how happy I got when my father gave me this game at my birthday! ^^
-
A tale of Scrooge McDuck as he defeats the final boss.

What's up with Mc Moneysac?
-
Yeah, no shit. XD

Precious memories aahhh I remember this game when I was 4-6 years old I am 13 now but wish my Grandma kept her NES the games were so awesome ahh the memories.

Mega Man on a pogo stick!
So we find that Scrooge's Rival is actually the D-1000; a super cybernetic life-form capable of shapeshifting from an amorphous blob.

They gave me this game as a Christmas present when I was 4 or 5 years old. I am 21 now so that was truly a long time ago. Great game but the last boss scared me a lot way back when I was kid. Even thought I have beaten this game various times, it still kind of ticks just by seeing it.
