if you watch the bravo episode about their gate crashing, you can tell that they never had an invitation. An uninvited black couple would not have gotten in. An uninvited indian couple would not have gotten in. An uninvited Arab couple would not have gotten in. This is a legal and security shame on the entire country. If people like this can get away with this, then no wonder Lindsay Lohan can evade the system. Lady Justice is indeed blind and dead.

He knowns! He is just hoping the rest of America doesn't.
In this way he can sound as if he is doing something by asking hard questions and then can do nothing because they don't answer.
Everyone knew that they won't answer any questions because they are facing jail time. So... it was a show which did nothing, except make the questioner look like they were trying to get to the truth.
Guilty or innocent, they have no reason to say anything and every reason not to.
