Nah I dont eat meat much, if I do its just chicken nothing else, and fish sometimes.

Well, for humans, protein isn't needed in the incredible amounts from corpses, which causes cellular breakdown and high acidity. Plants contain the correct ratio for us, so I would load up on more fresh foods...Avocados are my fav. because they are very rich in omega 3, vitamin k, protein, etc. so it takes care of a lot just in one meal, lol. It sounds as if perhaps you'd just rather be eating meat though.

Well my aim weight is arouund 85kg-90kg (187lbs-198lbs) - im like 65kg (143lbs)now. Sadly not many protein rich foods that arent from animals/animal products ive found.

You want to by huge? Well, I'll have to look into it...I've seen pretty big raw bodybuilders like that, but they just load up on more of the same foods to produce the extra building materials. Most people are used to the aggressive "monster" meat-eaters, but yeah, better health and stamina comes from a natural diet :)

Well I've heard that amino acids create proteins obviously and people say just eat amino acids and itll build muslce like eating protein, but not sure about it, I havent seen any proper professional huge vegan/raw food bodybuilders say 100kg+ weight (220+ lbs).

Some, yeah :) You vegan too?
Hey ! Nice video. I'm a vegan. I work out and I need to gain muscle. Can you recommend things I can eat ..other than tofu. My trainer says that I should go for 80 grams of protien a day ...I'm trying to hold on to veganism.

Well, most people still hang onto the protein myth. In reality, amino acids are what build muscle and raw food is best for that . I'm not a body builder, but I believe it's lot's of sweet fruits that help you put on more muscle and doing the right kind of work out to put it on. Hope that helps some :)
