This video shows a pulsating polyp occupying the deeper left ear passage. The ear drum was unable to be visualized. The polyp likely originated from the middle ear mucosa and had emerged through an eardrum perforation.

  • I'm still incline towards true polyp emerging through eardrum perforation although glomus can still be considered. The latter is more vascular and look reddish; these features were absent and usually no secretion accompany them unlike polyp. The HPE is pending.
