nice clip...but I would like to add that I totally dislike the use of walkie talkies when doing an investigation. When you are in there alone, just document whatever you see on your camera and don't just start calling out to your associates to see if something is somewhere....or to tell them somethings happening....use them only when you have a life-threatening situation....plus its loud and annoying...

I heard "You are no longer welcome." The"zz" noise in Frezzno should be a little more prominent. But going through this voice over and over I do not hear the "zz" sound in this particular EVP.

I would kill to get into that place for one night, would be freakin awesome. I would focus just on EVPs and thats about it, maybe one or two IR cameras and thats it. EVP is the best evidence to prove the paranormal.

i live near this place. to be honest before i even knew what the place was, i would get bone chilling chills i thought it was condemned due to termites or something bug related because the central valley is kinda bug infested. now that i know what's happened there i go a different way to the places i need to go in fresno Scott is a very brave man, so is Zac and so is anyone else who has gone there & @modestoca25 no they're not turnin it into a haunted hotel. the county and state wont allow it
