Weber 36 IDF give to a 1600 TOTALLY STOCK engine 13/14hp more or less....
The others 16/17hp are coming from the muffler??
IMPOSSIBLE!!!
The real power of a 1600cc TOTALLY STOCK with 36 IDF and sport exhaust is around 65hp!

I believe in science and also logical explanations and must agree that the lb/ft-ft-lb explanation is valid so dont throw a holley 4 barrel on a lawnmower chop the exhaust off and say it does 150 mph!!!!!!!!! enjoy!!

the specs were on the video, he said stock 1600 with 36 IDF's, single heavy duty valve springs, and 35mm exhaust tip exit.

Most likely a happy dyno or not setup correctly and reading wrong as its impossible to get a near 300% increase in power through carbs and a muffler.
