  • @Entropy56 -- You Idiot -- That's an absolutely foolish, totally unrealistic hypothetical presumption, tailor-made for consumption by self-deluded faux-Patriotic dimwits who lack integrity or critical-thinking skills to assess moral issues, They are easily manipulated & led by schemers, bigots, zealots & other unscrupulous bullies & punks into cheering-on the serial crimes & abuses of America's decline.

  • If the president knew that a man had information of an imminent nuclear bomb exploding in New York city in the next 24 hours then I hope to God he tortures that bastard until he talks!

  • scary that they get away with that

  • What is said behind closed doors is not said in committees like this.

A politicians favorite mantra: The ends justify the means. No matter how "hanis."

  • I would pay to watch that motherfucker tortured! It would have to be in another country though, because torture is illegal here.

  • I don't agree with Yoo

but conyers is being an arrogant asshole to him. he asks him questions and wont let him answer. This shit makes me hate the government.

  • This stuff always reminds me of an old quote... He who casts the vote decides nothing. He who counts the vote decides everything. -- Joseph Stalin.

And when those men count your vote, and decide upon the judges that verify your vote, and further decide upon what the law means....

Law thus ceases to have meaning save what they give it. Rights become privileges, and death is but a side-effect to the means of governance.

  • Thank you for posting this!

  • Bush, Cheney, Rumsfield and many others, are criminals, and everyone in government is protecting them. That is obvious!
