If its water with ice, it means that the water is cold enough to keep the ice frozen and is warm enough to keep the water a liquid. The only temperature like that is 32, water's freezing point and ice's melting point dumbass.

@Bradumzz96 yeah, truth be told after all that time waiting for the boiling and collecting the ice water, I'd just as soon peel the potato the old fashioned way.
