If its water with ice, it means that the water is cold enough to keep the ice frozen and is warm enough to keep the water a liquid. The only temperature like that is 32, water's freezing point and ice's melting point dumbass.

Well, I do like the way the video is presented. They jump right into the demonstration, without boring the viewer with personal introductions and a lengthy resumé.

@Bradumzz96 yeah, truth be told after all that time waiting for the boiling and collecting the ice water, I'd just as soon peel the potato the old fashioned way.

What about if you're going to make French fries? This wouldn't be a good way.
