Should lollygagging at intersections be abolished? Debaters host Steve Patterson thinks so. And in this week's episode of 'That's Not Debatable,' he institutes his own bylaw... against sauntering pedestrians.
Tune in Saturday at 11:30 am and Monday at 8:30 pm on CBC Radio One.
put a person behind 1000 lbs of metal and suddenly they grow a set of balls. . what a backwards piece... good thing this dude isn't an urban planner.

If it's the pedestrian's right of way, why can't we walk normally across the road? Why should we have to jog or run when we aren't the ones using a motor vehicle? ugh...i hate it when I cross the street and I can feel the driver cursing at me with his eyes...let me walk in peace damn it! BUT, on the other hand, browsing ipods and texting, or what I call, "head in the clouds syndrome" or "walking zombie disorder", shouldn't be allowed when crossing the street. That's just rude man.
