good toughts man. this is a part of my game that i have to improve next season. as a 9hcp after 2years, i feel that my putting and game withing 80-100 yards is what i have to step up next year.. and just aim for the middle of the greens instead of goin for every flag... we have small greens here in sweden :p

gawl dang man, the new drivn range is so much nicer....

How'd that work out?
You may be thinking from result back to cause. There are many things that can make you finish high and right versus lowish and leftish. Depends how you got there.

Some of this is just the falsehood of how we speak of a unified thing as if it were made up of separate "parts"; we get caught up in the illusion that the "parts" are the reality, rather than just a concept for convenience of discussion. Mahan has one motion going, not a collection of parts that are governing or sublimating each other ("all body, no arms and hands"; "hands and arms swinging force the body to come along"; etc.).

@HPcustomgolf Try swinging with literally no hands or arms sometime. You can't get above waist-high or so.
Really, the hands-arms v. body thing is a false dichotomy. When I used to teach, I'd show students how you could flip the club with _only_ your hands and it looked "handsy," but blend that with arm and body support and the exact same amount of hand motion and it looked like the hands were barely working.

Complete fallacy. It is literally not possible to have anything approaching a normal golf swing without "using arms or hands," no matter what the player perceives or is trying to do. What you've got is a body movement (including but not limited to rotation) that supports the swinging motion so well that it looks like one unified thing, which it is--but that's not the same thing as "no hands or arms."

My perception is that he is using his hands and arms to swing the club and keep it square - not his body.
Like its not obvious its on 4 second clip played over and over:/

@nicebbqsauce Was never meant not to be obvious. Created a loop so people wouldn't have to keep hitting play to watch it over and over again.
