Nevertheless the sticking point is he claims he's going to spill the beans on a general who divulged info to him, but only to a grand jury- yet that grand jury ain't gonna happen unless some big break in the story comes, like a general accused but can't wiggle out of it!

So he's dangling a carrot he'll never have to deliver.

I get a little weary of whistleblowers who allude to bombshells but never deliver. See Ted Gunderson. What did he ever deliver? Nada.

So if we're to take this guy seriously, he's been a virtual participant of all the previous sins of the government, why is he suddenly speaking out now honestly- at a time when he seems out of the gov't sphere of influence and solely focused on enriching himself in partnerships with Clancy and the like hawking novels.

He may just be drumming up interest in himself to build street cred among conspiracy theorists for a new line of books.
