Thanks to this judge, I will now be able to add him to the counterclaim in my appeal. Also, I will be sending out a letter to the committee on judicial performance. However, now I have to go research judicial immunity. I told the officer that I was not going to file criminal charges since he was nice to me when I got the ticket. However, I did tell him that I was going to defend myself against the ticket by using him to get to the judge. He said ok. Voila! Thank god it wa a judge and not a commissioner. The point of what I do is to defend myself in an offensive way. Remember that cops and judges do what they want. However, when you hav evidence that they were not supposed to do what they did, do you listen to what they tell you to do or do you point out that it is void ab initio and that the agent exceeded his or her jurisdiction. To those that believe this is a lost, Wait untill you see how this kind officer gave me the opportunity to have strangers, peers, and superiors of this judge to start inquiring as to what he does when on the bench. I want to thank charlie, randy, angel, rainy, kenny, kevin, jim, and vince.

  • HIS COURT ROOM? It's the peoples court room. You should have objected more vigorously. With reservations. And stated that you are standing on your rights. I applaud you for filing an injunction against him.

  • Thank you. Wait till i post the one in gendale. It was hilarious.

  • i had to look-up tar baby... it appears to be something that old white people say but is not directly racist... although before researching it i thought it sounded pretty racist

  • Love this shit. I'll be down in CA on 12-15 for "arraignment." we'll see about that.

  • @marshallone What or where is this bar that grants them jurisdiction?

  • Anyone who acts as their own attorney has the stupidest client.

  • "I wouldn't be interested yin your counterclaim"

    Obviously.

  • "Im not here to answer your questions!"

Sounds like he has something to hide.

  • Judges do not want to follow the law, they only want ~us~ to

  • This is it entirely. If you stand on "dry ground" outside the bar and do not enter then you can claim common law jurisdiction. Inside the judge is the captain of the ship and it's his rules, he can make law. You give up jurisdiction by answering to your all capital lettered name. You have to claim common law, challenge or deny the court jurisdiction over you (you are sovereign), and do not consent to any orders, (a sovereign doesn't consent-we are all equal

  • Man you held your grounds in the man!! They dont know what to do with you; my thing is why dont they let the ones that do know their rights go? They have enough of "persons" that dont know how blessed they truly are

  • I agree with you to a point. If you never connect the Strawman to you...then they have no jurisdiction. But all in all you are right.
