"4. Israel took land it continues to occupy over 4 decades later." Yes - it took the lands after defeating other Arab nations that were planning to join Egypt and had supported terrorism inside Israel.

Seeing as how Israel struck 1st, won quite easily, and took valuable land it desired and continues to occupy that land over four decades later, do you think there any chance at all that this was maybe just a land grab?

How does this change the fact that Israel struck first? That she won  the war handily in a matter of days (not years, not months, not even weeks!)? That she gobbled up land she continues to occupy over 40 years later?

If Egypt had 1,000 tanks and 100,000 soldiers on the Israeli borfer, how is it they never got into Israel and were so badly defeated in such an incredibly short time? I mean really, does that make any sense at all?
