These guys are idiots.

Make it so the car will not drive(but will start) unless the seatbelt is in for the driver. For other seats, make it so that if weight is on a seat that seatbelt needs to be in. Or have it so all seatbelts must be in the slot before the vehicle can drive. Make it a norm that to get in a car, you need to unbuckle the belt, get in, and buckle it back up in the passenger and back seats. A seatbelt saved me and my mom, and my cousin, and my dad.
