Six Pack Abs Challenge

I Want to get a six pack in 2 weeks (or as close as i can get) and i will be going to the gym to do weight lifting 5 times a week and i will also be working on my abs 5 times a week, Im gona be watching my diet and throwing in some cardio every now and then and I will be posting my results in a week! comment and rate and tell me what you think!

But you shouldn't give yourself a deadline. Train well, eat well, and work on your whole body not just abs. You're really fit already, you have what it takes to become ripped :)
