Real News @ http://RevolutionNews.US — On October 15, the activist movement Occupy Wall Street will go global when people from all over the world will take to the streets and squares to protest against economic and social injustices.

Simultaneous demonstrations are planned to take to the streets in over 82 countries and more than 951 cities around the world.

The OWS leaderless movement that swept across North America was inspired "partially" by the Arab Spring that has already toppled three dictatorships since the beginning of the year.

"From America to Asia, from Africa to Europe, people are rising up to claim their rights and demand a true democracy. Now it is time for all of us to join in a global non violent protest," said the leaderless protest website october15.net.

"The ruling powers work for the benefit of just a few, ignoring the will of the vast majority and the human and environmental price we all have to pay. This intolerable situation must end."

Thousands have already taken to the streets in Europe. In the German city of Frankfurt, around 6,000 people gathered outside the European Central Bank to protest and hundreds more marched in Rome, with hundreds others expected to join.

In Sarajevo, thousands of people chanted for change and millions are expected join the global protest in the US, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and countries in the Middle East, including Egypt.

  • hell yeah!!! people finally taking a stand! Lets remember something though, protesting alone won't get the people what we need. We need to make demands and very solid demands on that, real revolution never takes place without serious action!

  • support from Bosnia

  • FREEEEEEEDOOOOMMMMMM!!!!!

  • lets take our planet back, the next target should be the federal reserve system because there the ones who approve all transactions when exporting our jobs.

  • Love & Support from Phoenix,AZ

  • Is this shit really going to go down? I might be able to throw my antidepressants soon : )

  • economics and politics and (police) safety are not for the 99%

We are made thinking that we have some rights.

99% is a LOT of people getting upset. Beware 1%

  • The 1% are shaking in their boots! Taipei, Tokyo, Manila and Sydney! This is only the beginning! I foresee many more capitals and major cities experiencing their own occupation. We are the 99% worldwide and our voices will be heard in dozens of foreign languages! Within months or even weeks, the only safe haven left for the 1% would be the moon!

  • "All they know is, however the global economy is working, it isnt for them" -Skynews. couldnt have said it any better.

  • @bbbrrr83 He never said anything about ending capitalism, just the need for regulations on big business and how they operate... but yeah I hate socialism, we are actually in a socialist society atm, where the lazy are on welfare and the hard workers earn a pathetic wage, with big government who control and dictate everything we do. Fuck Karl Marx, all he ever did was inspire fascists and communists who killed millions. How could anyone even want socialism, it just does not work :(
