ok well 62% of all teenagers in the USA consume at least one can of soda a day/ thats 12 ounces which amounts to 12 teaspoons of sugar and you don't need these 'cus it causes diabetes/ its not hard to see, obesity, and heart disease also caused by drinking too much sugar can't be cured at the pharmacy/ I mean try this logic, ever done that science project where you place a tooth in pepsi then you step aside and watch it/ Rot, that is not a drink I think you want to sip girls don't like guys who've got nasty teeth between their lips/ I'm just saying if you like your health then soda's not for you/ and if you don't believe me you can ask your doctor too/ he'll tell you all about how soda doesn't quench your thirst/ it dehydrates you plus our eating habits getting worse/ yeah our average daily diet is 2000 calories/ but recently 300 more has been added to what we eat/ at KFC they sell the megajug that's a half a gallon of soda 800 calories measured up/ C'mon there's better stuff like fruti and water, tea, and milk/ eating healthy that's how muscles just like these are built/ they've got marketing schemes to sell you soda/ look on back of the cap then you add all the codes up/ or cut out all the coupons and then you send them in/ they're just selling you a product plus no one ever wins/ If you know what's up then you know that soda sucks X2/ The inner city's filled with liquor stores and fast food/ folks who don't have lost of money eat there cus they have to/ Chips and soda's cheap for real, these are your choices when you eat a meal/ but if that's what your diet consists of it's going to keep you ill/ soda is a subtance that they're selling to the people/ that is harmful like a drug the only difference is it's legal.

This is very good! Sodas and fast food are definitely #1 problem. But personally I don't believe in meat or dairy when you go down to further health issues....
