A former San Luis Obispo county clerk learned his sentence on Wednesday. Juvenal Marin must serve 75 days in county jail and two years probation for selling confidential information to criminal defendants.
That's according to the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney's office. He was sentenced Wednesday morning in a San Luis Obispo courtroom. Marin was arrested back in September after a three month investigation. Sheriff's deputies say they found restricted court records at his Santa Maria home after serving a search warrant there.
