lol... calm down... 12zuzus was just giving advice from his interviews and maisarahjeffrey obviously saw them.

    ... how old are you?

  • Fan: HUGO, YOU'RE AWESOME!

Chris: He's alright. *rubs Hugo's back*

    LMAO!

  • @th1nk4once it's all over in his interviews. dudeee. chill.

  • @th1nk4once

he worked out 2 hours a day for 4 months prior to the movie with a personal trainer from london and continued to work out frequently while filming to maintain it. he also ate a shitload of protein everyday.

it just exercise, th1nk4once. you can do it too.

  • Jesus, Chris's arm muscles are a stitch away from ripipng his shirt apart! Oh Capitan Chris, i salute you sir! Meeeeowza! ; D

  • Btw, the visual effect of a scrawny Chris Evans in the first part of the film was seamless and quite amazing. I know it probably won't be talked about since it's so subtle (no big explosions or massive CGI), but to me it was one of the best special EFX I've seen this summer. Oh, and remember to watch past the closing credits for the next movie.
