@unwawbl Try exercise as wrist curls, reverse wrist curls. I do standing reverse curls, they are a bitch to do but very effective

Hey, nice training dude, can you tell me will this give me shape to my skinny forearms? To be honest I usually do calithenics, but I always feel weight should be done on your foearms, I want to muscles on them, is this a good exercises for this?
