  • I posted before but I don't know why it's not showing with the others. It was about my sister and her husband who died of brain tumors - this was their song. They were in love till the end. Thank you for posting it.

  • @windchimeisland I'm so sorry to hear of their plight,at least they are at rest and peace now. I think maybe your post was removed by Sony due to copyright, there's a certain protocol to be followed to have material allowed.

  • This song truly showcases all of Harry's talents, of which he was blessed with so many. I love it, and I thank you again for posting!

  • What a great Harry song...this is Nilsson at his best!!

  • A shorter, solo version of this is found at the end of the song "Down To The Valley" on the soundtrack for "The Point." I have to say I actually like that one a bit better, just for its simplicity. This is still nice, but I think that one is better.

  • This is also one of my absolute faves by Harry Nilsson, It feels a bit rare to me, not many people seem to know it, but my dad has this on vinyl, and I fell in love with it as a teen!

  • So depressing... yet inspirational.

  • Sometimes I'm so bummed by how much talent "has left the planet"....sure do miss e'm!

  • This is one of my fave Harry Nilsson songs, there's a really nice alternate piano version on the album The Point.

  • Thank you for posting this song. It reminds me of a time when my father was very young and would play his records for us kids and tell of his younger days with mom. I love this song so very much, Thank you. They don't make music like this anymore.
