The only non asian person in Dragon Ball was Gokku. Every other actor was Asian. The movie stil sucked, but it sure wasn't because it didn't have enough asians. Also, it was produced by Japanese people.

Oh, and being racist just means that you chose on the basis of skin color. So objecting to actors on the basis of them being white is totally racist.
