I remember them days it was great, I wouldn't have missed them.kids today have it too easy, we were out all day everyday and only came back for meals.Everything today has to be super clean, if we got a cut ye wiped it on yer jumper and carried on.Thanks for reminding me.Good times.
@MrGuvEuroman Well, that's what happens when you take religion out of the public school & society and replace with with "secular humanism"! Works wonders, dosen't it! Thanks ACLU!!!!!!!
Respond to this video... Back then when we had an election, we did go crying to some "Poltical Activist" judge like in California to get the "will of the Majority" in a Democratic election overturn just because it didn't go your way. We LIVED with it.
We did not sue McDonalds when a coffee cup was put between the knees and you got burned! If you stuck you hand in the rotating blades of a power mower & lost your hand, it was your fault for being stupid, not the manufacturer.
@strobx1 That sounds like the USA! I was born in 1954. Back then we didn't use guns or knives to deal with Bullies, we used our FISTS!!! When one of my class mates died in car wreck, there was no physiologist to "counsel" us, We dealt with it. Parents did not have the police or "Child Protective Services" called because the "rod" was not spared and we were spanked. Bad words were washed out of our months with Phells Naptha soap . You did not "Smart mouth" your folks or other adults.
@strobx1 We went to school 180 days WITH windows to look out of and learned more than students do today. We learned Reading, Writing & Arithmetic(math) and If you used a calculator, you FLUNKED math. We did our math with a pencil, paper and a slide rule. We could express our religious beliefs in God or Jesus Christ with out being told it violated "Separation of Church & State". Our "Spell Checker" was "Webster's Dictionary! Our pants were worn ABOVE the hip line & our underwear NEVER showed!

What's wrong with boys having pierced ears? I don't see how putting in "only girls had pierced ears" if relevant to how society has changed...
