Reason Tutorial that uses the auxiliary outputs of the Mixer to create a feedback audio signal loop. The effect is then enhanced by the addition of a delay and tape compression unit, and then further by a band pass filter to create a warm analog style slap and dub type delay mimicking a vintage technique of the hardware masters.

  • there is no phasing that should happen in reason because , there is no lag within the reason internal architecture unless your pc is starting to lag itself . ( so this video is obsolete purely because most people have better CPU's in 2011 ... how ever if you want to make feedback , in the same way analog people would , watch newer feedback videos (( but reasons digital architecture doesn't allow Full Feedback , but can yield very interesting sounds )) with the right set up ...

  • nice mate Thanks

  • Very helpful - thanks mate

  • it's much more fun to do this with a real mixer and units.

  • Very nice i didnt realize there was so much feedback from the regular signal, guess blasting music all my life my ears have become tone deaf to this. shame though i cant see the close ups. are you using camtasia to screen record?

  • Excellent stuff - my try this myself :)

  • this is brilliant. by pure coincidence i made a video demonstrating the same thing and i used the exact same drum loop. great minds. nice one.

  • this like one of the most useful videos I've seen yet, I'm gonna rewatch it and try for myself .. thanks a million!
