@skipsassy1 are you on some sort of drug? financial means really i highly doubt that the majority of Us Troops are from middle class backgrounds led by college graduates who are the majority of officers in the us military some come from ivy league schools. Please research before throwing out idiotic claims.

Hearts and minds - VIetnam but the press is so brainwashed! What about the massacres in Vietnam - this PBS fellow wasn't even born during Tet Offensive when the VC were all over the "green zone" and had the hearts and minds. We sure don't. Do you believe they love white boys over their own kind give me a break - we are loosing this was and the soldiers are just brainwashed lower financial means - you don't see Ivy League students doing time with the Marines. Why not?

This might have been filmed by the U.S Marine Propaganda Department - probably was through PBS ! This sure was not the way the press did VIetnam with the Marines my brother was part of. They were spit upon. No one in their right mind would have told someone there were in the service back in 1974
