New Orleans 2008

I attended the Workforce Innovation 2008 conference in New Orleans this past week. It was a Great Conference and a wonderful chance to see the 'new' New Orleans.

This was my first visit back since Katrina and was ready to be dissappointed... but it really looked and felt about the same.

There are certainly parts of the City that have not been rebuilt and some that will never be rebuilt, but all in all the main parts you visit in New Orleans were there!


All the sites, sounds, and yes smells where in the right places. The 'people' watching was as interesting as I remember! And I hope you take time to visit New Orleans some time soon!
