@33647alexpoker I usually get the Large size and add 2-6 extra pages. those are usually $50-$60.

how many pages are you allowed per book or is it unlimited?

@robmandems Default is 20, but i believe you can have up to 100 pages. depending on the size, it'll be .20 to .50 cents per extra page.

ha 9% tax. Here in the UK it is 15%!!!!!!!!!! Was 17.5% before recession.
