Youtube Secret Santa (Closed)

Ok, let's get to the fun!! I'm still planning on taking requests this Christmas/holidays, but I wanted to try something new. I want to get you guys involved too this year. So as part of me bringing Christmas to youtube this year, I want to host a huge Secret Santa challenge!!
If you don't know how to make videos, never fear you won't be left out completely, you can request a video from me when I post the Christmas/Holiday request video probably in a few weeks. And please know that I'm not trying to convert anyone, I respect all religions, I am just trying to express how much I love the Christmas season. Hanukkah and other holidays are more than welcome! :)

Ok so what is going to happen is, all who want to take part in Secret Santa won't ask me for a request this year, UNLESS I don't get too many requests or I finish them on time to make more, if that makes sense. If you have any questions, please private message me don't post questions in the comment section because I want to keep this organized and we'll leave the comments for forms/requests.

So if you'd like to participate in Secret Santa you must fill out this "form" in the comments section on this video. This is a SAMPLE form:

Other soaps or TV shows or even just a simple Christmas slide show is most welcome if you'd like. But if you do choose another show that is not one of the 3 ABC soaps there are no promises because I'm assuming most of my friends and subscribers only watch the ABC soaps, I don't know. So say your first choice is a couple from Y&R, please as a back up choose a couple/family/character/whatever from one of the ABC soaps just in case. And please have AT LEAST one backup wish and one backup song. We never know with the song because of copyright issues.

If you would like to participate in Secret Santa, please have your "form" written out and in the comments section by September 30, 2009. Why so early? This will give you October, November and most of December to make the best holiday video you can for someone here on youtube.
What will happen is, I will secretly match you guys up then PM you and tell you who's Secret Santa you are. Then you will all upload the videos on the same day and post it as a response to this video. I'm not sure what date yet, but probably a week before Christmas because some people might go out of town for Christmas or just get busy. But we can plan that date later.

All couples/families/characters etc are welcome!
