I've come to believe that criminal defense attorneys are just incredibly naive and stupid OR they're actually just a bunch of money-driven paid-liars. And I choose the latter.
Was Johnnie Cochran stupid enough to really think O.J. Simpson was innocent? Was Mark Geragos naive enough to think Scott Peterson was entirely innocent? Was Bruce Cutler delusional enough to think John Gotti was innocent?
