Have you seen the Gas station ! I agree- that house should have been saved. We are so quick to tear down the past when it is such an important part of who we are. KPC

This is an ugly block of concrete. I remember the beautiful old building it was in. The brillant powers that be, tore it down and put up a gas station..what a waste.

I remember the Victorian residence that used to house the Everson also. I saw my first Oldenburg show there, he was brilliant, the staging was pathetic. It was not designed to show art. As an art space it was outdated, disjointed and impossible to view a show with coherency. I think Pei is brilliant, capable of understanding the purpose of a space and of selflessness. I humbly, however, thank you MJay102 for watching and taking the time to comment, that really means alot to us... KPC

Konrad Marczynski. I think my brother Mark and sister Beata may have had you as a teacher as well. I'm doing good I, teach guitar and another job that keep me busy. I'd like to get back into painting but I never get that image I see just right.. I guess thats why art is art. Painting with sound comes easier for me :) stay in touch.. by the way your water colors are amazing.. so much detail.

Whenever I visit home, especially when I go downtown it breaks my heart. If we could find a way of making preserving the past profitable....maybe, huh? Like Syracuse needed another gas station. I now see the same thing happening here in VA. BTW loved the music.
