@yanyuet besides their teachers sitting on their feet, They soak their feet in hot water mixed with special herbs and do special exercises..... However they are usually unwilling to share their secrets to beautiful arches... :(

@yanyuet they go through intense training... the teacher will actually sit on their feet so that their pointes will get better and better
