Apparently, since he came up with the name, he can keep using the name MVP. He's being advertised in upcoming indy shows (in Mexico I think) as MVP anyway,, and the wrestling websites are reporting that WWE haven't made any legal challenges yet - so we could be seeing MVP in TNA soon? then again, i heard he wants to wrestling in japan (the reason he left wwe) so probably not gonna happen.
