This is practice of multi-moves on the DIP BAR..Strengthening various areas from triceps, biceps, shoulders, back, traps, abdominal, and fore arms.. Were influence by a lot of GREAT groups that are in the fitness flied, so a shout out to everyone doing there thing in the BAR COMMUNITY.!! Also stay focus and believe in yourself and keep practicing. Practices make PERFECT! believe that.!!!!

  • You guys are getting it in doing good work . If you get a chance check out some Crossfit videos on You tube . I used to be a park bar workout dude too , but Crossfit is the next level in fitness competition because there is more excercises and major prize money to be won ........ Major !!! Plus not too many Brothers involved , it's in it's infancy .
