How to Jailbreak iOS 4.2.1 iPod Touch 2G (MC/MB) with Greenpois0n on Mac OSX and WINDOWS?!!

1) Download Greenpois0n.

2) (Windows Version) http://www.crocko.com/26C834D0DC5711E09676002481FAD55A/gp_win_rc6.1.zip

3) Once the download is complete, move it on your desktop and unzip it.

4) Open extracted folder and double click Greenpois0n icon to launch it.

5) Connect iPod Touch 2G (MC/MB) to the computer, Power it off. You have to Turn OFF your iTouch/iPhone BEFORE you enter the DFU mode, and then click the large Jailbreak button.

6) Greenpois0n will display the instructions to put your iPod Touch 2G in DFU Mode.

7) Continue holding sleep; press and hold home for 10 seconds.

8) Release sleep button; continue holding home for 15 seconds.

9) Once your iPod Touch 2G is in DFU mode, the jailbreak will start installing and then click the complete button.

10) After the iPod Touch 2G reboots you'll see a new Loader app on your Springboard, with "Greenpois0n" title. Press to launch it. It's a Loader app; Cydia is inside the app.

11) Press to select Cydia then press the large Install Cydia button that appears.

12) Once Cydia is installed on your iPod touch 2G, you will get a prompt to remove Loader from the device. Just press the Remove button and then press the Home button. Your iPod touch will now reboot.

13) Your iPod Touch 2G is now successfully jailbroken with greenpois0n on Mac or Windows.

I always get "failed"

Does this work if my ipod is already jailbroken? I currently use 4.0 jailbreak software which i got from jailbreakme, and I haven't updated since then but now I want to update my ipod to jailbroken version of 4.2. How do I do so? :S Does the video show me how or...? :S :S :S
