This kid's name is Job McCully and his chubbiness is the result of medications. He had leukemia and received a bone marrow transplant in 2002. In 2003, he had RSV pneumonia, flu and bronchiolitis obliterans, which caused his lungs to deteriorate. In December 2007 he received a lung transplant. After the transplantation he suffered from histoplasmosis, CMV, and Adenovirus infection.
