video was taking 3weeks ago.. I done 10reps, video does not show all because spotter had to assist me

  • Strong. But they aren't full squats as has already been said. The hardest part of the squat is the bottom part just below parallel which you aren't doing.

  • lol well it wont bring more strength as if you were to do a full squat

  • @olympicweightlifter regardless, the fact that he is moving the weight, will bring great strength

  • Brutal! My knees and lower back would be begging for mercy...
