Excellent description of how Kiva works, from the perspective of the borrower and the Field Partner who originates loans in Mongolia. Cool that the maker of the video was able to interview a Kiva officer, a lender in the US, and the borrower and her loan officer in Mongolia, plus the Mongolian "Kiva coordinator" at the Field Partner's office.
