@FaIIenBh0y I have no idea mate, sorry! But if I were to hazard a guess, I'd say it's probably highly compressed/compacted cloth? Same as what they usually put in punching bags. I can't see inside the dummy without tearing it apart, but it sort of has a similar "feel" to a punching bag when you strike it.

How much does your grappling dummy weigh? I understand that they come in 70 - 90 and 140 pound sizes.

@johnny102marvin Mine is the 90lb version, for the legend ones they came in 70, 90 and 120 I think? I was actually going to purchase the 120lb, but the guy from the store advised me to go for 90lb. I've since managed to procure an old gi top, which makes it even more fun to throw around. :)
