I recently bought the album, and it says "Love". This song and "Are You Ready To Rock" may sound similar, but they're both totally different, like the title for instance. It has nothing to do with the accent or how he's saying it.
It's "Are You Ready To LOVE", he has another version of this song called "Are You Ready To ROCK". He did the same with "Dear My Love" and "Dear My Friend"
