  • these are all great drills to do bc they work your core, enhance muscle memory and destroy your hip flexors as well as test and push your flexibility...doesnt matter how naturaly talented or strong you are...you can be beat with hard work

  • some of the hurdles are too low.... should try 3.6 then you would know what hurdling is.... 2ft9 is way too short technique doesn't really matter if you're quick

  • i learned how to jump on highscholl hurdles and im a middle school hurdler

  • The drills are all good for hip mobility and conditioning. No point going higher in hurdles unless you are a hurdler.

  • That first drill they do I see people doing all the time, it's really quite useless. The rest is pretty good though except the ending. And yeah they're really low hurdles.

  • Are these hurdles at 33 or the lowest of 30 inches?

  • the girl in red is fightin those hurdles

  • yes it does. wemon have more loose bone structures as we men are more stronger.

  • sexy girls by jaime

  • Flexibility got nothing to do with sexes, just with training. I am a man and i can almost to both splits (front and side split)
