THIS EXERCISE IS FAVOURED BY MIKE TYSON.IF YOU HAVENT DONE THIS EXERCISE B4 THEN INITIALLY START BY KEEPING YOUR HANDS FIRMLY ON THE FLOOR UNTIL YOU GET USED TO IT.WHEN YOU FEEL MORE CONFIDENT AND YOUR NECK MUSCLES GET STRONGER OVER TIME THEN YOU CAN EVENTUAALYY TAKE YOUR HANDS AWAY.

  • first u have to have a neck to do neck workout

  • As a chiropractic student I can tell you this is not good I cringe while I watch people do bridges. Notice his neck folds in a normally functioning neck you will not have any folds. It is clear that he is hyper mobile around c1-c2 and c5-c6 vertebral levels and hypo mobile in the rest of the neck. This is not good I can guarantee he will have neck problems down the road. If I were his doctor I would be very concerned for a spondylolisthesis at c5!

  • awesome, i've been trying to do this against the wall but it didn't wor out well i think i will try this method, my neck is extremely slim while my shoulders are big and that doesn't look good

  • This exercise is for wrestlers and mma fighters to strengthen their necks so they don't have to worry about so many neck injuries like when you get slammed on your head. Your neck is thick enough to keep your head from popping off when all your weight lands on it.
