Arthroscopic removal of a medial coronoid process fragment. First the fragment's attachments to the annular ligament are cut with a 'banana' knife followed by removal of the fragment with forceps. Finally the defect is probed for further loose fragments. Medial portals. 2.4mm Storz scope. Stryker camera system.
