  • What are your thoughts now considering the new findings of Dr Trevor Marshall and Dr. Greg Blaney that low serum levels of 25D are actually the result of illness or compromised immune system and not the cause of these conditions? That the issue of sufferers is too much 25D being converted to 1,25D? They claim 25D is an immuno-suppressive providing temporary false relief by reducing inflammation (like prednisone, etc) but further compromises the patient regarding the causal microbia.

  • Respond to this video... and your right the form of vitamin c in oranges has other linked molecules such as bioflavanoids, and in synthetic vitamin c it is only ascorbic acid, which looks completely different. However whole food supplements are becoming more popular now so have a look out for them!

  • @dietodaydotcodotuk Some people have difficulty converting sunlight into vitamin d in the body...so supplementation is required..

  • whats your opinion on actually getting all you need from organic good old fashioned food, daylight and freshair from nature ? wink wink ;)

im not convinced that man has the ability to extract all that is good from say an orange in the form of vitC .. i think the whole complicated structure is needed for any real benefit
