Winners are predetermined by race and ethnicity... Whites are uniformly singled out as the losers... I'd suggest that White people start claiming the benefits received by other races... simply checking the box on government forms claiming you are (Negro) or (Latino) will effectively stop the favoritism that Government affords other races... if bureaucrats cant differentiate how can they discriminate?
