  • Hey Jay Rocks!!!!!!!

  • something a bit sickly about 11-13 year olds singing a song with lyrics about being one step closer to heaven and counting every minute till i'm back to you or being apart etc. cue the "I am porn star" or "i am princess" pink T -shirt brigade.

    ugh! think im gonna puke.......

  • @TheManiacOnWheelsUSA Back then, effects were sparse; if you had effects, they would keep the voices intact but add extra voices/sounds on intros, instrumentals or middle 8s. This meant they could do a performance live if they wanted and also have a backing track played. They did do one performance live but no one really thoroughly enjoyed it because everyone was used to the energetic dances of S club 8.

  • @Orberror404 They still could have been trained. However, Pop stars do not have that training. They also have sound effects put into the songs that require lip syncing so those FX can be added at the right time (I highly doubt that they could be added in live).

  • @TheManiacOnWheelsUSA Yes, and take account how long they've been singing for: this was in the end of 2002. They started in April of the same year.

  • @Orberror404 So, you only see adults in stage musicals? No. There are some children in casts for stage musicals.

With the right training, they could learn how to dance and sing at the same time. It might take longer since, at the time, they're kids. But it's not impossible. You're not listening to four year olds singing here.

  • @TheManiacOnWheelsUSA They are what? Between 11 (Hannah) to 14 (Aaron) years old? It's not even feasible to get them to perform live. If you look up the live version however; Hannah, Stacy, Daisy and Rochelle are okay; however the rest falter because of their age.

  • Guys, it's called lip syncing. Not miming, which is a completely different thing (as in what a mime does).

  • @Orberror404 If you are trained, you can sing and dance at the same time. Look at a Broadway musical for example -- no lip syncing there.

And a internet troll attacks people, something I've not done. I am trying to have a conversation over this. I've noticed that when you call a troll out, they'll stop immediately and move on.

  • @TheManiacOnWheelsUSA These are children; you go try jumping around without your voice have the breathless effect. It's their voices anyway. Also, learn what a troll is.
