Day of Federal Decision Prop 8 Overturned Aug 4 2010 San Diego CA

On August 4, 2010 in Federal Court Proposition 8 that took away the civil rights of the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) to marry same gender was overturned. This is a video of the celebration and related rally in San Diego CA.

One of the speakers is the honorable Mayor of San Diego Jerry Sanders. Jerry Sanders who is heterosexual and Republican testified for the LGBT community. His intelligent eloquent sensitive words in court and at the rally move so many.

DUE PROCESS CLAUSE test failed. EQUAL PROTECTION CLAUSE test failed. Remember, it IS going 2 the Ninth Circuit (assuming they grant "Article 3 Standing" 2 the Proposition 8 supporters), and so I am waiting 2 C what THEY do with it. I heard what the guy said about how "we'll win THERE without a doubt," but then along comes the SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES, yup. His Honor, Associate Justice Anthony McLeod Kennedy, still serves as a jurist and WILL almost certainly B hearing the case!!!
