Largest embassy in the world, 27 buildings, 104 acres. The USA is in Iraq to stay bigtime, it's obvious, see it with your own eyes. Sure there will be a "transformation" in how that presence is manifested, but rightly or wrongly (I think wrongly) the US is there to stay.
