Since this is not a law there is no authority to stop you from smoking. They can attempt to take you through a school judicial process but they have no legal grounds for stopping you and getting your identification if walking through campus. Tell anyone who tries to stop you to fuck themselves. This is a gross violation of freedom.

UBreathe Free is evil, cuz you ban smoking on campus, then you ban it in the parking lots..so you offer smokers no place to go. I quit smoking but smokers are people and have rights too!
