  • I wish someone would "stimulate my package".

  • And seriously, is anybody still watching the national debt? We are so broke, it is ridiculous. America is the guy who gets deep in debt, and gets a different credit card whenever he gets to the limit on his other credit cards.

I love how at the time of this event most liberals where agreeing with you but now they are all on the other side of the fence

  • @kingsdun Fellow Canadian has an answer. More government spending = less consumer spending. The money the government spends comes from you and me. Now if the government spends that money better than we do that's a good thing but is that usually the case?

Consider public education in the U.S. Since 1970 total government spending (federal and local) on education, after adjusting for inflation, has more than doubled; yet test scores remain flat. The problem isn't money, it's how it's being spent.

  • I bet this guy supported it under Obama

  • It is called choice, between different health care companies, or the freedom not to buy health care insurance. And the freedom to not have to pay for others health care. I dont believe that my country is free, so dont call me arrogant. i stil to pay for welfare recipients, to fight wars i dont believe in, so we can be the police mn of the world, cant have substances that my nanny state wont let me have, and i am forced to pay a federal income tax that there is no true law that says that i must.

  • 4months later and I still don't understand how public health care infringes on my freedom. In fact, it expands it. I don't worry about losing my coverage because an insurance adjuster decides so, or my house or retirement saving due to an emergency health bill. I am free from such concerns.

Truth is, my day to day life is very similar to yours. It is foolish and arrogant to think that Americans are the only free people in the world. For you freedom is a matter of affordability.

  • just rob the people on welfare recipients, people onmedicare and medicaid, wall street banks, GM, Chrsler, Fannie Mae, Freddie mac, Africa, and all the other foriegn countries we throw money at, when they walk by thats the onl way youll get your money back taxpayers

  • i am so happy that you are happy with the way your government is run, that is just great. I dont want public schools( they suck). F.Y.I. i am certainly glad that the U.S. doesnt have public health care. I couldnt give a crap about a publichealth card. I LOVE FREEDOM! You should tr it sometime, its what you get when ecome an adult and dont need a nanny state to watch out for and take care of you.

  • if you wanna see how the rest of the country will turn out from the stimulus...

look at NJ,, all the politicians do here is borrow against the future issuing bonds

our state supreme court is all in on the fix because the bonding is unconstitutional, but the judges can't se to interpret the law, lawfully..

    heres a question

WHY CANT WE GET A PAPER RECIEPT AT THE POLLING BOOTHS AFTER WE VOTE.?

we can put a man on the moon but we cant get a paper receipt for your vote..

  • This video came out in January, 2008. It's so funny to watch it now.

How's the fiscal conservative tightwad in that guy doing today? :P
